Test electrical system. Traced no-start issue to a short in 12V engine-start battery, preventing vehicle from both starting and charging system. Replace 12V battery, and reset ECM. Test vehicle for starting. Test drive vehicle.
Remove timing solenoid and dissemble. Replace both gaskets and replace cam plug gasket. Change engine oil, oil filter, lubricate front end (where applicable), inspect all fluid and adjust air pressure in tires
